How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped, I run this business alongside my fulltime day job so it takes a little longer for me to get around to sorting orders.
What are your shipping options?
UK orders are posted second class.
Regarding international options, when ordering stickers they will be shipped using international standard, prints will be shipped using international tracked. I know this is an expensive option for folks but if A4 prints are lost it's quite expensive to have them replaced, so I like to ensure a bit of safety by using the tracked option.
My order might be lost/damaged! What do I do?
Please make sure you leave an appropriate amount of time if suspecting your order might be lost. There are ongoing strikes and issues with Royal Mail (who I ship with), as well as the length it takes for international orders to reach folks.
Please do not hesitate to email me though, I will reship your order at no extra cost, however if you are feeling generous, I have a ko-fi that you can send tips to in order to cover shipping – but it is not mandatory obviously. This goes for lost and damaged orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges at this moment.

What does your packaging look like? What might an order look like?
All orders are sealed with a red wax seal and black washi tape, orders are wrapped in red tissue paper and all orders include a business card.
Gift orders!
I am more than happy to include custom notes with orders that are gifts - please tell me what you would like me to write in the notes section when ordering.
I do not include receipts with orders so they will not know the price.
